BELGIUM, Brussels : Malian Prime Minister Diango Cissoko gives a press conference on February 18, 2013 following his meeting with the European commission chairman at EU headquarters in Brussels. European Union foreign ministers on February 18 formally approved the launch of a 500-strong EU military mission to train the Malian army, which has already begun work on the ground.
